Start by submitting a rental request through our website. Once we receive your request, we’ll review availability, location, and rental details. If approved, you’ll receive your rental agreement, waiver, and next steps. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.
Rental length depends on the confirmed booking. Confirmed rental times and delivery/pickup details will be included in the rental agreement.
We recommend submitting requests as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak Northwoods seasons. Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation has been officially confirmed.
Absolutely! The Cedar Barrel can be a great addition to cabin weekends, girls’ weekends, retreats, celebrations, and other gatherings. Customers can tell us about their event when submitting a rental request so we can determine the best setup.

We deliver throughout the Northwoods and surrounding areas. Our delivery radius is currently 60 miles from Lake Tomahawk, WI. Delivery availability and any applicable fees depend on your location. Submit a rental request with your location and we’ll confirm whether we’re able to accommodate you.
Yes! The Cedar Barrel is a delivery-based experience. We’ll deliver the sauna to the approved location and complete the necessary setup so it’s ready for the rental.
We’ll need a safe, accessible, and reasonably level location for the sauna trailer. We’ll review the setup location as part of the rental-request process and reach out if we need additional information.
Potentially! The property owner or host must allow the sauna trailer on the property, and the location must meet our delivery and setup requirements. We will require a signed document from the vacation rental, Airbnb, or VRBO owner before delivery. We recommend receiving property-owner approval before submitting a request.

Our sauna can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it great for couples, families, friend groups, cabin weekends, and events.
We will provide the necessary and reasonable firewood for every rental based upon rental length. Renters cannot supply their own firewood due to the custom size of wood needed to operate our wood-fired stove.
Not currently, but we have plans to incorporate this package in the future.

Yes. Each participant must complete our liability waiver before using the sauna. Waivers can be completed electronically ahead of time, and a QR code will also be available for convenient access. Guests who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to use the sauna.
No. Alcohol and recreational drug use are not permitted during The Cedar Barrel sauna experience.
We recommend bringing drinking water, a towel, a swimsuit or comfortable sauna attire, sandals, and anything else you’d like for relaxing outdoors.
A little Northwoods weather is part of the experience! However, severe weather or unsafe conditions may require us to modify, postpone, or cancel a rental. Specific weather and cancellation terms will be outlined in the rental agreement.
